Returns
Do You Accept Returns?
At Cedar Lane Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit.
Return Guidelines:
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
-Shoes must be returned in their original box.
-All sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return is received, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. You'll receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and your store credit has been issued.
Can I exchange for a different item?
At this time, Cedar Lane Boutique does not offer direct exchanges. Because our inventory moves quickly, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available.
Instead, we recommend returning your item within 14 days for store credit. Once your return is processed, you can use your store credit to place a new order for the style or size you'd like.
Are any items final sale?
Yes - sale items, accessories, and gift cards are all final sale and cannot be returned.
